At Eskimo Ice Fishing Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cold-weather apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
